We do not ship orders on the weekend. If you place an order after 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time Friday, Your order will be dispatched on Monday.
Orders are delivered within 10-14 days business days from shipment date (not order date). In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within 21 days from shipping date then let us know and you will get a full refund or replacement shipment sent within 1-2 working days.
Once you order has been processed, it can take up to 24hs to be shipped.
Your order is guaranteed to be delivered directly to your doorstep. Usually you will have to sign for it.
In the unlikely event that you do not receive your order within the estimated timeframe, let us know and you will be offered either a free reshipment from the same/different manufacturer or a full refund depending on the case.

International regulations prohibit us from accepting returned medications from a customer.
If for any reason your package did not arrive we will issue a refund OR reshipment of your order. Refunds will be only issued when a customer chooses a refund instead of reshipment in one of the following situations:
— A customer did not receive his order.
— Merchandise arrived in bad conditions, or bad quality.If for any reason your package did not arrive we will issue a refund OR reship your order. Please note, that you will be asked to send pictures of the products recieved, whenever a refund or free reshipment is requested.
